When we had our first call with Ryan, he didn’t want a brand. With an impressive career managing the world’s top talent, Ryan is used to operating behind the scenes. Once we showed Ryan that a personal brand doesn’t need to be overly promotional, he was all in.
With over a decade spent working at CAA, Ryan knew that a brand was critical for communicating his expertise without words. Taking inspiration from the colors he uses to decorate his home—blues, greys, and surprising warm tones—we created a brand identity with an undoubted metropolitan feel.
During our brand audit consultation, it became clear that Ryan is so much more than a typical “manager.” He’s a creative director and producer with an eye for talent. We communicated his value in a single brand sentence:

It was important to us that Ryan’s brand complemented photos of his Harlem neighborhood in New York City. We kept the brand elements decidedly simple and directed our photographer to get photos showing texture, grit, energy, and—most importantly—Ryan being his naturally thoughtful self.
Ryan’s website communicates only exactly what’s needed. Spanning a single page of content blocks, we used succinct copy to explain who Ryan is, why he matters, and how to engage with him. It’s straightforward and effective, just like Ryan.
